The resistor standard RS9010A by wekomm opens the next level of precision for the use as reference resistor, calibration standard or transfer standard. Made in Germany by wekomm to meet highest demands - Being independent from parasitic influences like temperature, humidity or ambient pressure.

The main quality claim is spelled „1 µΩ / Ω per year“ and demonstrates the excellent precision and long term stability of the wekomm resistor standard.

Because of it’s special construction, the wekomm reference resistor does not need an oil bath. Even in non optimal or rugged environments the resistor will perfectly perform up to it’s specifications.

Perfection even in detail


According to our experience, the mechanical and electrical properties of the resistor elements only partly contribute to the excellent specifications. A lot of precision is obtained through special manufacturing processes and construction details. (You can find details in the test results of the PTB). To achieve such results, not only every components needs to be optimized. The well balanced combination of all parts makes the difference here.

For every application we have the right resistor


The resistor standards by wekomm are manufactured from selected components, which come from the finest suppliers worldwide.

The models series RS9010A offer 11 decadically staggered values ranging from  1 Ohm up to 100 MOhm.

Of course we offer on request all values in between those standard values. Even custom cases are possible (including 19 inch cases) with a variety of connectros. Made in Germany!

As transfer standard and reference or precision resistors series RS9010A match even the highest requests from metrology institutes, calibration labs and producing industry / OEM.

The excellent insensivity against changes in temperature or pressure allows the precision to be obtained even outside of climate controlled laboratories like production environments, mass production or calibration of ot of lab placed instruments.
